What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept all major debit and credit cards including those bearing the Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express logo. We also accept Paypal and financing through Sezzle.

Can I expedite my order?

Orders over $39 are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and typically arrived in 2-3 business days. Some orders, depending on product availability, are eligible for overnight shipping. If your order qualifies, the option will appear on the checkout page.

I received an error message while trying to place an order.

If you received an error message while trying to place an order, please reach out to us immediately via live chat and we can assist you.

What if my coupon code is not applied properly?

If your coupon is not working and it is not expired, please reach out to us on live chat and we will be able to assist you.

What if I forgot to enter my coupon code?

If you forgot to apply your coupon code during your order, please reach out to us immediately via chat so we can adjust your order. Once your order ships, we will not be able to make any adjustments.

Can coupon codes be combined?

Only one coupon can be used at a time.

How do I check out using Paypal?

To check out with Paypal, add all of your items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. You will see an Express Checkout button for Paypal at the top of the checkout. After clicking, you'll be prompted to login to Paypal to select your funding source and delivery address, and then returned back to the checkout page. You will need to click submit on the checkout page to finalize your order.

How do I check out using Sezzle?

To check out with Sezzle, add all of your items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. You will see a Sezzle Checkout button at the top of the checkout. If you already have a Sezzle account, your available credit limit will determine if the purchase can be completed. If you have never used Sezzle before, you will need to provide them with a few details and to set up your account during the checkout process. If you are approved by Sezzle, your order will be completed. If you are not approved, you'll be returned back to the checkout and can select an alternative payment method.

Do you charge sales tax on my order?

We are required to charge sales tax if you live in Nevada. If you live in another state, you will not be charged sales tax. If you are ordering internationally, you will be responsible for understanding your own country's importing rules and duty rates.


Why have I received an email saying the item I've ordered is out of stock?

Our inventory is updated in real-time, but sometimes due to increased site traffic, orders may come in faster than the inventory updates. If that's the case and you order something that is out of stock you will be given the option to refund the out of stock item or to have it ship when the item is back in stock.

How can I search to find products on the website?

There are multiple ways to locate items on our website. You can click on the Shop link in the navigation menu to view product collections and filter by product type. You can also click on the search icon in the top menu to open the live search field which will show you search results as you type. If you are having trouble finding a specific item, please contact us on live chat and we can help you find it.

Can I backorder an item that is currently out of stock?

Yes. If an item is out of stock and can be back ordered, you will see a badge overlayed on the product listing indicating that it is a backorder item, and there will be a backorder button on the product page with an estimated shipping date.

Do you test on animals?

No. We do NOT test on animals or endorse such practices. Our products do not contain animal derived ingredients.

How do I make a gift exchange?

Received a gift from someone and want to exchange it for something else? No problem. All you will need is the original order number and email address. Then, contact us to initiate a return and let us know it was a gift. We will issue store credit under your name so that you can purchase something different.

When can I expect my refund?

Returns are processed within 5 business days. Returns eligible for cash refund back your payment method may take a few extra days, depending on your bank's processing speed. Returns eligible for store credit will be issued right away.

How long will it take to get the order? How does it ship?

Orders are processed within 1 business day and are shipped via USPS first class or priority mail. Orders over $39 ship via priority mail for free, and typically arrive in 2-3 business days.

Can I track my order once it ships?

Yes, you'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can also log into your account to view your order status.

What if I am missing products from my order or I received a product that was damaged?

If you are missing part of your order, first check to see if it is coming in multiple shipments. If the shipping confirmation shows products that were supposed to be in your package but they are missing, let us know so we can see where they are. If items arrive damaged, please take photos and contact us so we can coordinate a replacement claim.

Will you refund the shipping charges on my parcel?

All return shipping costs are not refunded. We will provide a return shipping label and deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.

What if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately to correct it. Any changes requested more than an hour past when you ordered are not guaranteed to be able to be accommodated. If your package was returned to us then we would refund your payment and you could re-order using the correct address.

How do I receive automatic free shipping?

If your order qualifies for free shipping, the free shipping option will be shown and will be pre-selected on the checkout page.

Why has my order been delayed?

We are proud of our 99% order success rate. However, sometimes things happen where we cannot get your order out on time. This could be things such as inventory glitches, weather, carrier problems, etc. If your order has not shipped yet and you wish to cancel, please contact us and we can assist you. If your order already shipped but it will not arrive in time, we can coordinate a return for you.

Why didn't I get a tracking number?

Our shipping platform automatically emails the address you provided at checkout with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Sometimes the shipping notification may land in your spam folder, so check there first. You can also register for and/or login to your account on our website to see all orders associated with your email address. If you believe you made a spelling error on your email address when you placed the order, just contact us and we can update your account for you with the correct email.


How can I get an account?

You can register for an account here using your email address, or you can use social login if you have either a Gmail or Facebook account.

How do I update my shipping address?

Login to your account and click on the Shipping Addresses tab to create additional shipping addresses, update the one on file, or change your primary address. You can also contact us via chat and we can help do it for you.

How do I reset my password?

If you are unable to login, you can use the Forgot My Password feature on the account login page. If you know your password and want to change it, first login to your account and then click on the Change Password tab.

Where can I view my previous orders?

You can view all of your previous orders by logging into your account and clicking on the My Orders tab.


I don't live in the U.S., whill I incur any customs fees?

Because every country has different customs rules, we do not know if you will be charged duties to receive your order. Most countries have a threshold of a few hundred dollars that you must exceed in order to owe duties. You can search Google for your countries "import duties threshold" to or contact your country's customs agency to find out what the limits are.

How long will it take to get my international order?

We ship international orders using USPS priority international. Most orders take 1-3 weeks to arrive.

How much does international shipping cost?

International shipping rate vary greatly based on the weight of your order. Add all of the items to your basket and proceed to checkout to receive an accurate shipping quote.

How are free or reduced shipping coupons applied to international orders?

Free shipping promotions apply to U.S. domestic orders only. International orders are charged actual shipping costs from our carrier, with no markup.

Are your prices in U.S. currency?

Prices are shown in USD by default. Our website will attempt to identify your location based on your IP address and update the currency automatically. You can verify and change your currency selection at the bottom of the website.


How does the wish list work?

Add items to your wishlist by clicking the outlined heart icon next to the product on the collection page, or by clicking "Add to Wishlist" link on the product page. You can view your wishlist by clicking the wishlist heart in the navigation menu. If you create an account and are logged in, your wishlist will be saved across all of your devices. If you are not logged in, it will save on the current device you are browsing on only. When you visit the wishlist page, you will see sharing links to forward the wishlist to friends and famliy on social media or with a direct link you can share over text of email.

How do I create or modify my wish list?

Your wishlist is automatically created when you save your first item. You can remove items by clicking on the heart icon again, toggling it from black back to white. You can also visit your wishlist from the navigation menu and delete items from the wishlist page, as well as add your wishlist items to your cart when you're ready to purchase.

Is my wish list private?

Your wishlist is private and only visible to you unless you choose to share it. To share your wishlist, visit the wishlist page and click on one of the sharing options to generate a sharing link.

Can anyone create a wish list?

Yes, anyone can create a wishlist on any device. If you create and login to an account, your wishlist will sync to your account and be accessible across all of your devices. If you don't login, it will be saved only on the device you're currently browsing from.

Can I access my wish list on another computer or device?

Yes, if you wish to sync your wishlist across devices, just create and login to your account. You can create an account from the wishlist page or from the normal account login page. Once you are logged in, your wishlist will sync to the account and be accessible from any device that you login from.

How do I share my wish list?

To share your wishlist, visit the wishlist page and click on any of the sharing options at the top of the page. You can share to all major social media platforms as well as create a sharing link that you can send to anyone by text or email.

Yes! Suds Club rewards cash is store credit that works just like any other payment method, and it can be combined with coupons and promotions. While you cannot stack multiple coupons, you can use a single coupon against an order and then use your Suds credit for the balance.

How do I earn rewards?

Can I exchange my rewards balance for cash?

No. Store credit has no cash value and cannot be exchange for cash. You can however use it to purchase any of our amazing products for yourself, friends, or family!

Where can I see my rewards balance?

You can view your rewards balance by logging into your account here and clicking on the store credit tab.

How do I redeem my rewards?

Store credit works just like a gift card or any other payment method. To redeem, simply add the items you want to your cart and proceed to checkout. On the payment page, it will allow you to apply any available credit balance to your purchase. If your purchase exceeds the credit balance available, you will be responsible for paying the remainder using any standard payment method.

Does my rewards balance expire?

If you purchase or are the recipient of a gift card, or if your credit is from a return, it does not expire. Any credit earned through our Suds Club rewards program will expire if not used within 6 months.


What do I do if the gift card I bought hasn't arrived?

Our gift cards are electronic and are delivered via email. If you did not receive your e-gift card to your email, please contact us and we can help track it down.

What are the shipping options for gift cards?

Gift cards are only available electronically. You will receive an email with the redemption code and a printable gift card if you want to give a physical paper copy to the recipient.

I want to give my gift card as a gift, can I print it out?

Yes, you will receive a printable gift card voucher that you can give to the recipient.

What does the recipient receive if I send an e-Gift card?

The recipient will get an email notification with an image of the gift card, the redemption code, and a personal note that you can select at checkout.

How do I know the recepient actually received the e-gift card I sent them?

You will receive an email notification when the recipient opens their gift card.
