It took almost 3 weeks of unanswered emails and phone calls to finally receive a generic refund notification from this bogus business. And by the way, I can’t speak for any of their other products but these bath bombs are trash. Absolutely no scent to them and most of the color ended up on the side of the tub instead of in the water. You can get the same type of products with less headache and even better quality on Etsy or somewhere. Don’t give these people your money.
I am missing two of the bath bombs I paid for. This one being one. Have emailed the company 3 times now and still haven't heard back

DO NOT order from this company! I ordered 17 bath bombs, received shipping confirmation that all 17 had been shipped, opened up the package and there were only 7! They even had the nerve to include the packing slip with only the delivered bath bombs checked off (minus one, for whatever reason), so they knew the order was incomplete when they sent it to me! Clicking on the live chat does nothing. Submitting a message does nothing. I called only to be hung up on. I sent two emails but I highly doubt that they’re even going to respond. Heed my warning, heed all these warnings from other reviews and save yourself the headache.
Don’t waste your time, i ordered on May 20th. Got update that order had shipped on the 24th, it is now June 12th and I have yet to receive my order. I have emailed to no avail. I’m receiving emails to review an order I have yet to receive!
